We had the best time at Demi! The food quality was absolutely amazing, but my favorite part is the intimate, cozy setting. Everyone was so hospitable in relaxed down to earth manner. Which is unlike a lot of the very high end restaurants we eat at. When we first got there it was a little cramped at the door and I felt overwhelmed, so we went to sit on the porch, George, the host, noticed that and came out to greet us and get us some cocktails which felt very thoughtful. Nick had a thoughtful and unique selection of pairings that I truly loved. He was also very down to earth and easy to engage with. Gabe presented most our food, he answered all my dumb questions about the food with excitement and a smile. He was such a joy! Overall we loved it and we will be back to try a different seasonal menu!! Great Job!

Demi is a full dining experience. Everything from the food to the service shows the care and attention that goes into each part of the dining experience. They offer three different types of beverage pairings, one of which is an NA option unlike any I've ever seen. If you are even close to the Minneapolis area, this is a must visit.

These dishes really boggled my mind. Most of them hits and some misses. Between the two, spoon and stable has consistent hits but not the jarring edge these dishes were taking.
If you want more of a spin this is for you but if you love playing it safe, wins across the board spoon is where it's at.
It was about $500 for two people and they were very accommodating with non-alcoholic beverages. Dim lighting... one bathroom so literally had to wait in line.
The chefs and the servers were well verse. If you don't know anything about food they'll break it down for you.

The wine pairing suited the food beautifully, George, Lydia, and all others gave us information about everything we were drinking. The team preparing our food did the same. Everyone was kind and approachable. If considering Demi, the answer should only be yes.

I want to say I had high expectations because the place has great reviews. It is not in a bad location of Minneapolis and it wasn't hard for us to find parking. Also it has valet parking. I love that is small and you can see what the chefs are doing. Clean and very professional. The staff was friendly, and they explained everything, even though it was confusing because not everyone was eating the same course meal. Not really important. The food was incredible 😲. Loved it. The venison, the dock, the 🍨 desserts were delicious. Simple perfect. Well designed menu and it goes perfect with the drinks. Definitely coming back.
