Although a different dining experience, I believe the food, atmosphere, and service are as good as Michelin starred restaurants like Alinea in Chicago, IL.

Just went to Demi for the second time. First time was fall of 2024, second time was summer of 2025. Both experiences were nothing short of spectacular. The food was appetizing, flowed wonderfully, and left us with the perfect level of fullness at the end of the night. An excellent combination of savory and sweet courses with a drink pairing that offered a wonderful variety of flavors including a house made cocktail at the end that paired perfectly with the dessert. Our only complaint is that there wasn’t more courses because everything was spectacular. I very much enjoy this place because you can tell the employees really care about their work from the hosts, to the waiters, to the chefs, everyone is so attentive, detail oriented, and results driven. This place is definitely a more fancy spot than your average weekend date night spot, but very worth the extra money for those special occasions. Excellent work Demi team!

We had the best time at Demi! The food quality was absolutely amazing, but my favorite part is the intimate, cozy setting. Everyone was so hospitable in relaxed down to earth manner. Which is unlike a lot of the very high end restaurants we eat at. When we first got there it was a little cramped at the door and I felt overwhelmed, so we went to sit on the porch, George, the host, noticed that and came out to greet us and get us some cocktails which felt very thoughtful. Nick had a thoughtful and unique selection of pairings that I truly loved. He was also very down to earth and easy to engage with. Gabe presented most our food, he answered all my dumb questions about the food with excitement and a smile. He was such a joy! Overall we loved it and we will be back to try a different seasonal menu!! Great Job!

They offer three different types of beverage pairings, one of which is an NA option unlike any I've ever seen. If you are even close to the Minneapolis area, this is a must visit.
