Demi is a beautifully intimate space with an elevated, thoughtful tasting experience. Each course was balanced and creative, with flavors that unfold. The service was warm, and attentive. Cocktails were great. And the desserts sealed the deal! Everything was spectacular!!
I believe this is the best restaurant in Minnesota. I’m fortunate enough to have been several times, and I’m blown away every time.
Although a different dining experience, I believe the food, atmosphere, and service are as good as Michelin starred restaurants like Alinea in Chicago, IL.

Just went to Demi for the second time. First time was fall of 2024, second time was summer of 2025. Both experiences were nothing short of spectacular. The food was appetizing, flowed wonderfully, and left us with the perfect level of fullness at the end of the night. An excellent combination of savory and sweet courses with a drink pairing that offered a wonderful variety of flavors including a house made cocktail at the end that paired perfectly with the dessert.
