I ordered a pizza at 1:05 this am online. I got a call at 2:08am was told pulling up and to come downstairs cuz cannot come to rooms. I never heard back from the blocked number and I held well over an hour for the store was hung up on twice. POOR POOR POOR SERVICE! Why did the tracker say Delivered when it wasn't? I need my money back!!!! And credits made
Got our pizza and it was stuck to the lid. Tried calling the store 4 times and no one answered. Very disappointed and unable to get the matter fixed.

The staff is diligent, and the food quality is good, making for a positive pizza experience. This location is convenient for carry-out with easy parking in front. While the restaurant was "under construction" for a year, the customer service has improved greatly. The store made an error with one order and took the initiative to make it right, being very apologetic and understanding. They are friendly and outstanding. They greeted a child and made him feel like a big boy. They do have the Pacific Veggie vegetarian meal.
