Ordering online was seamless, pizza had good flavor. However there was 2-3 inches of crust on my large pizza and they didn't follow directions and leave my pizza uncut.
Kathy, a shift mgr at the Bloomington Ave store made my day today. After a bad day at work & leaving late from the office, I called in a carry out order from my car on the way home. When I stopped in to pick up my order, they said they had no record of it. I mentioned some issues I had on the phone trying to place the order & some long hold times & she rushed my order through & offered it for free.
