Order was placed online, the money was taken out of my bank account. Went to the store(menomonee falls on appleton) and they claimed they didn't have the order. Store manager told me she couldn't do anything about the $43 order. That her register wasnt showing it therefore she couldnt do anything. That she didnt know what to tell me about not having dinner since i wasnt getting my order.

Time to close down the Dairy Queen on 19680 N John Wayne Pkwy, Maricopa, AZ 85139. The service is awful, the store is dirty and disgusting. This location gives the brand such a bad name. In fact the Dairy Queen workers recommended customers to go get ice cream somewhere else. Where are your QA inspectors?? Where's the health department??

Time to close down the Rosemount, MN location!! Deserves zero stars, not sure why we’ve wasted our time with this location over the years but finally had our last straw. Went in for a quick dinner for the family. Walked in, no line, stood there for 10 minutes before getting acknowledged. Finally got the order in, 35 minutes later food was done and ice cream took another 10 minutes. By the time we got home we realized the burgers were actually still partially frozen! We actually witnessed the employee at the register turning people away because they were too backed up with the 4 customers waiting!

Allow employees to be treated like absolute garbage and take no responsibility for their corporate branding because the store is franchised, and the issue here is there is no discretion to pricing and any other aspect. Corporate is nothing more than a predatory company with infrastructure.

The DQ in Mountain Home, Arkansas is playing christian rock on their music system. I found it to be very offensive and inappropriate for a fast food restaurant.

Very good customer service. They messed up my order but they were quick to fix the issue and gave me a full refund and a free meal!

Went to DQ tonight to treat myself...got a quarter pound hamburger, small onion ring, med drink, 2 dilly bars...cost $15.00...i asked the guy if he was sure it was that much and he said yes, and then he had the audacity to tell me their getting another raise in summer, so prices will go higher...hamburger and bun was cold, onion rings luke warm...I called and spoke with person in charge who said they have a warming oven and that burger and buns are kept their for 20 minutes and no longer fried fresh....i told the guy they had better check the temperature on their oven....not going back ever....DQ better decide if they want returning customers or lose money...

The Saint Mary's, Ohio location charged me 7.99 per chicken strip basket, I got 4...at 30.17... they eliminated the gravy and the Texas toast, but still charge full price and they don't tell you this until you get your order home and contact them..I tried calling them 3 times and got their answering machine. On the 4th call, all she did was say im sorry, we don't do those in our baskets anymore. That's false advertisement and I'm very disappointed. I could have gotten a much better fulfilling meal for half this price. .

Stopped by with the wife and my little one to grab some Ice Cream and Coffee around 9:15 pm. While i was in the drive through, i asked to get No sugar added box of ice cream bars and a coffee and the girl who was taking the order asked if it;s alright if it takes 7 minutes and i said sure why not. 5 cars ahead of me and by the time i get to the window, it will take way more than 7 minutes. All of the sudden,a male goes on speaker and tells me that they don't serve coffee at Dairy queen!! I said you don't serve coffee and the girl just told me it takes 7 minutes. Then he came back on speaker and said they ran out of coffee. Of course i realized the lie and asked for his name, he disappeared for a moment and then i inquired his name and he said it in a fast way to make me give up and then didn't answer me on speaker. I stayed in the car for 10 minutes until i reached the window and the girl looked at me and i said who is the manager? She called the same guy by the name Phillipe. I said i need to see him to get things straight. Phillipe came right to the windows and he said they are out of stock and don't serve coffee at night! I said ohhh, so Dairy queen don't serve coffee at night and you're not out of stock. He said yes. I asked him is this the policy of Dairy queen and he said yes!! I asked him again and i said Dairy queen Corporate knows has this policy and he said that's our policy. At that point i asked him who is the owner of this location on 32nd street and 13th Ave S in Fargo, and he refused to tell me and walked away leaving me on the window. I can't describe how humiliated i felt talking to this low life garbage employee who thinks he can make his own rules without any supervision. It's pretty sad to see Dairy Queen getting loose on their hire and training. As an owner of a local company, i will be sharing this information and response to all of my staff. I need to see the policy where Dairy queen won't make a coffee after 9 pm according to Phillipe. Shame!

Dairy Queen HQ bldg was the meeting place for a hike for donations toward cancer research. My son-in-law's on this hike. That's when I saw the bldg. I didn't know till my last visit that DQ's headquarters were in Minneapolis.
