Dunkin' is a convenient and busy coffee shop located near campus and Stadium Village. It is an excellent location for local employees within walking distance and for commuting students. Many customers are regulars who visit multiple times per week, and the staff is known to greet some by name. The workers are described as very kind, professional, considerate, friendly, welcoming, and cute, providing top-notch and consistent five-star service. They work hard and are nice about customizing orders, like adding more milk to a latte.

Drinks and food are always made well and ready quickly, allowing for little delay. Mobile ordering through the Dunkin' app is efficient, and there are also self-order kiosks. There is typically only a short wait during key service hours and important campus days. The donuts are amazing, with specific praise for the jelly filled donut holes. While there are occasional shortages for select food items, they are not for extended periods.

A downside is that parking is very difficult in the area, making it not ideal for the driving commuter. There was also one noted issue with a mobile order being given to the wrong person, but the staff promptly remade the delicious order.
