I was not prepared for the fact that this “cafe” is in a public health hospital.The tables and chairs all looked incredibly uncomfortable like they don’t want people to sit in them (and hardly anyone was). The ladies restroom was closed, so I had to go all the way to the sixth floor for another restroom. Which wouldn’t be so bad but the elevators reeked really bad of smoke. People were also smoking right outside the front doors.I did not eat the food, but I rated both...
