Be prepared to have a happy full belly. The food is wonderful. I have never been a guacamole fan, Ei Chido Taqueria fresh guac it's amazing. I had no idea guacamole can actually taste delicious! Their Super Duper (yes I said that😊) professional and fun customer service keeps me going back.

Absolutely the best taco truck and maybe even Mexican food in the state. I’ve been eating there on and off for about 5 years now and I’ve never been disappointed. Fair prices and portions and a huge menu.

There’s not a single thing you can order from that menu that you’ll be disappointed with.

How do you rate the atmosphere of a food truck? Let's just say the food here is worth the wait if there is a line. I have froze in line here in the winter, and baked in the summer. Everything is good, reasonably priced, and the staff nice and friendly. If you know Spanish, even better. No dirty restrooms at this food establishment. I ordered a variety of items and extra chips for a roofing crew of 8 working on my house - not a single complaint - only compliments and no leftovers.
