The carne de la plancha was cooked good but could have been a bit bigger cut of meat. The pupusas especial were good but expected a bit more meat. The service was good and the atmosphere was welcoming. Overall would come back but only for the street fare foods and bakery options.

Don't go to this place... look for better places where they treat their employees well.

As usual I always went to this place for popusas because it is in the middle of the way from work to my house (25 to 30 minutes)
The girl who took my order over the phone made a mistake so I called to see if they could fix it for me even knowing that I had to drive back there.
As soon as I arrived, the owner called the waitress and told me that the waitress said that she made my order correctly... which was exactly what I had ordered. I am a lactose intolerant person, even if I want to I can't eat anything that has dairy and the waitress put cheese on my popusas which my order of popusas were beans with chicharron. I don't have a dog or cat to give them to them. And lazily and everything I wanted to return to that place for my correct order. I understand the waitress why she lied for her job and maybe she makes mistakes often, but it is wise to know how to recognize when you screw up. But he got on his man and said that I was the one who had made a mistake and I had even left tips to the bastards, as soon as the owner with a begging and arrogant attitude told me well to make it clear to you I am going to charge the waitress for this meal because I don't lose money, that's just what her words were, humiliating the poor waitress.
At the end of it all I returned to that place only to realize I would never return there again. The waitress treated me as a liar, the owner humiliated her employees with her airs of superiority, and a meal that I didn't even eat because I don't know what they did in the kitchen because because of me they scolded her co-worker because everyone realized the situation even the customers who were there and on top of that I had to wait longer for my food to be made, the longest minutes of my life everyone couldn't stop seeing me. I wasted my time, my money, gas but above all, respect.

I've only ever had a great experience here. And the food!!!

I am a regular customer and our family likes the food here, however I am going to leave a call for attention since this is the second time the service has failed. I called to order food and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I know it's traditional food and it takes time to prepare so that's why I order by phone. When I arrived they had simply not placed my order with the excuse that they did not see the receipt. Last time I was able to wait for the order which took almost half an hour but today I couldn't wait so they gave me the money back minus the tip that I had already deposited in the jar. Driving half an hour for nothing just ruined my day. It is not my intention to harm the business, I just want those in charge to understand my frustration.

I went to eat and it took them almost an hour to bring me the food, terrible service.

The service is terrible, I think that if I'm paying it's so that they serve you in the best way, the cashier has a bad face, we asked for fresh passion fruit water and she was in a hurry and the service was terrible.

Que mal experiencia. The service was horrible!! The other reviews commenting on the poor customer service are 100% correct! As a business owner, and someone who has worked years in the service industry, I would be appalled to have some of these women as employees. Absolutely no customer service skills. (Aside from the young lady who took our order at the register. She was very nice and seemed to be trying her best)
We also waited over 40 minutes to get our food. We only ordered 9 pupusas, that's it. 6 other tables got their food before us despite all coming after us. When we asked when our food was coming, the response was "it takes time to make pupusas." Never mind the fact other tables who came in well after us got their pupusas first.
The pupusas were good but due to the lack of customer service, we won't be back and won't be recommending this location.
