I had a nice conversation with the cashier about the coffees brewed handed my 24 oz thermos to fill with light roast. I added my 1/2&1/2 and Splenda and asked the barista to to it off. The cashier said he only filled it part way since he only charged me for a smaller size. I asked him what I owed him and paid an extra dollar.

Breakfast was ~$28 total. Someone won't like this, that's fine it's your prerogative, but my friend had $5 cash in her hand (always cash tips) and I asked her to put it away. I don't accept petty servers with a bad attitudes! I will not be going back to this shop!

Follow up after the comment by the restaurant. The response by the guy that checked us out was not kind, it was confrontational. I told him the kind of coffee I wanted and have him the thermos. I didn't memorize the sizes of cups. Any decent vendor would take the responsibility to clarify and communicate. If you need up take ownership and don't blame your customer for your shortcomings in service.

Had a great time here with a friend. Didn't have my cell phone at the time otherwise there would have been pictures. Only thing I would change would be the ridiculous parking. Can't believe the city allows drivers to use the bike lane for 15 minute parking. Left a sour taste.

Parking: Poor excuse for parking in the bike lane.

Delicious sandwich, excellent coffee! We met the owner while sitting on the patio, and he really cares about the neighborhood and people who come in.

Some of the best food in the cities. At a coffee shop. Every item I've enjoyed is amazing, you can tell they care about everything they make here! Don't let the woke atmosphere make you pass this place up.

Wonderful little cafe on the south side of Minneapolis. The food's good and so is the coffee. Definitely give it a try if you're in the neighborhood.

Mind blowing. I’m literally still on the patio, on my first visit ever here, as non-review person, and I absolutely need everyone to come here. The ambience is gorgeous; lush plants, pleasant music, and the food is amazing. My mocha is incredible too! Next time I want to try their mimosa. 10s across the board, highly, highly recommend.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free sandwich bread is so good, and my chicken wild rice soup was made gluten free as well, amazing!
