Love this place! Definitely a great place for the pickiest of coffee drinkers. Have been coming for years. Today I ordered a Gibraltar (aka Cortado) and Vivian made it so pretty I almost didn’t want to drink it . But of course I did and the deliciousness never fails 💖

I would really like to give this place 5 stars- I have been there many times and my experience is always hit or miss. I’m not really one to leave reviews, either but I make this review more as a warning. ⚠️ when I go in I always ask for decaf- I order decaf wherever I go because I have a health condition and cannot consume large amounts of caffeine. Well there have been a few times that I believe my request has been ignored even though I have checked afterwards “is this decaf?” Because my physical reaction to the coffee was unlike anything I’ve experienced. I couldn’t function. After this last time, I won’t be going back. I drank 1/3 of my drink and could feel it worse than ever. I drink decaf regularly and I’m ok, I don’t know if the staff doesn’t pay attention or what the deal is but I believe that when one particular staff member makes my drink it does have caffeine, because when others have made it I have not had this experience. Also he hasn’t been pleasant to me versus others. It is very strange. I understand decaf still has small amounts of caffeine in it, which I can handle. As I sad- I drink decaf regularly. This is way too strong if it really is decaf and they need to be aware of that because there are people out there whom this seriously can harm.

This place has THE best pumpkin spice made with REAL pumpkin! It’s just so delicious and thoughtful of five watt to make it with real pumpkin especially because some of us (me) are allergic to the pumpkin syrup everywhere else has but I’m not allergic to real pumpkin!! Thank you so much five watt for making my whole pumpkin day!!!! :):):):):):):)

I'm not one to leave negative feedback, but I was disappointed with my recent coffee experience. The coffee lacked flavor and tasted a bit old. I couldn't find a menu to see what options were available, and the espresso flavor was barely noticeable. The service wasn't very welcoming either.
I hope this feedback is helpful.
