We've been here many times and love it. They have great burgers and chicken burgers, including a Juicy Lucy. They also have a great drinks menu and outdoor seating.

Maybe it was an off day, but the black bean burger was awful. Completely flavorless. Flavorless cheese, flavorless patty and even flavorless red onions! How? 😢It takes work to take the flavor out of red onions. Service was unfriendly and didn’t make us feel welcome on top of it. Disappointing.

Phenomenal burgers! We tried both a chicken and an impossible and both were delicious! The impossible burgers was stuffed with cheese and jalapeños and no burger will ever be able to beat that, it was so good!!

Oh boy do I love Francis burgers this was my first time at the Northeast location. Honestly the burgers were really salty we're thinking it was the cheese. Normally vegan cheese isn't that salty so we were quite surprised. Of course we'll be back it's Francis but maybe we'll be like less salt or cheese or salt cheese. Love ya much.

Came in for the Juicy Lucy burger and it did not disappoint! It was very juicy and flavorful, and the salty addicting fries complemented the burger well. I was pleased to find out that they had a non-alcohol wine option which was a crisp white that did not taste like sparkling grape juice! The service was excellent - quick, friendly, and attentive. Thank you for a 5* experience 🍔
