Great spot for craft cocktails. Wish I could have spent more time here.
One of (if not The) best cocktail bars in the city. Very much reminds me of the small bars of Tokyo as there is only a couple tables.
The drinks are on the higher end of what you’ll find in the city but they are absolutely worth it. The A5 Manhattan is the best cocktail you can get in the Twin Cities.
Small place, good drins
Probably the best Manhattan I’ve had. Love all the Japanese whisky options.
Super cute calm spot for Japanese whiskey and cocktails. Definitely recommend!
The A5 Manhattan was the best whiskey cocktail I've ever had.👌
I also enjoyed the Hakushu 18yr, neat.

Really excellent bar with a wide selection of whiskeys! Amazing and upscale cocktail menu with some really unique drinks—I particularly loved the Sotoku that I tried! The atmosphere is intimate and minimal, dark and cozy and perfect for catching up with friends or a date. I highly recommend stopping by for a drink if you're in the area, especially before or after your dinner at Sanjusan or Kado no Mise!

I’m bummed to say I was not impressed. Not because my old fashioned wasn’t good, it absolutely was. But I expected more whiskey forward, particularly Japanese whiskey forward, cocktails on the menu. I also would have loved the option to try one or two Japanese whiskey flights so that also felt like a fail to me. We had better drink choices downstairs in Sanjusan.

World class bar. I’ve been to many bars all across the globe, and this place can compete with the best of the best in New York, San Francisco, Mexico City, etc.

Amazing cocktails! The Negroni had a bit of spice to it- honestly it was the best Negroni I’ve ever had. The space is so intimate and gorgeous too. Highly recommend!
We love this bar - always a good spot to stop before or after dinner. The drinks are amazing - even the NA cocktails are delicious. I will always recommend this place. It is small so can be difficult to get a seat during peak hours! But when you do the atmosphere and service is always correct!
