I ordered a 3 scoop bowl on DoorDash. Safe to say, don’t order online. Ended up not getting one of the meats I ordered. Also, fair warning, the crab is just mock crab without the mayo on it that the crab salad has. Also, requested that it would be topped off with garlic crisps, and I got fried onion instead. Too bad, cause it tastes decent.

Glad I tried it, probably won’t be back. The total I paid for a make-your-own with tofu and seaweed salad was $17.26 (including 10% tip because I feel bad saying no to the iPad prompt). I find it interesting that all proteins are priced the same when the market cost of tofu and the market cost of raw sushi-grade salmon and tuna are not comparable. If you are looking for raw fish it’s probably worth it, but I’d recommend plant-eaters skip this place.
Additionally I found some tofu in my bowl that had bright blue spots on it (see photo). After some Googling about tofu mold, I decided I don’t think it’s mold, I think it’s possibly the ink from the packaging it came in or something else entirely. Still, it shows a lack of attention to detail and is a bit concerning.
Also be aware if you order nori as a topping, the staff put soooo much on mine I ended up taking half of it off and taking it home so I could actually get to everything else underneath!
They do have complementary lemon-water which is nice (but extremely lemony, close to non-sweet lemonade, so be prepared. I still liked it.). It’s also a very nicely styled place with a lot of natural light and good seating options.
Vegetarian options: Tofu is the plant-based protein option
Dietary restrictions: Very gluten-free friendly. Even their soy sauce packets are actually tamari (GF).

15 bucks a bowl, reasonable for a relatively healthy alternative. Fed both kids with one bowl 🥣. 7 year old loves this place.

Delicious! They had a really expansive list of protein options, good sauces, lots of dry toppings. Not as much veg options as some places I've been, but they had really nice ones. Also - no up charge for avocado or seaweed salad.

The food was amazing! This was my first time here, was recommended by co workers and I’m glad I choose to stop in! Staff was so friendly and they were quick. HIGHLY recommend the volcano bowl, it was the best! I will be back with my husband so he can try.
