My family and I decided to try Herbie’s, and we really enjoyed it. The idea of a vegan chicken shop was also just fun for us. The shop itself is very small (and cute!), but the person working was kind, and even with multiple people ahead of us, our order came out pretty quickly. We ordered the Large bucket for the three of us, and it was plenty of food—with leftovers. The chicken was crispy with a delicious coating, and the sauces were great. The mashed potatoes and tater...

Chicken, biscuits, tots, and some of the best mac n' cheese ever. Everything is very filling, so make sure to be nice and hungry before digging in. Great sauces too. Updated from previous review on 2024-12-23

Superb vegan fried chicken! However, it is a small, hole-in-the-wall place with no public restroom (so mostly a take-out place, but I typically choose to dine-in). The vegan milkshakes are mediocre and overpriced. Even so, the sides are often very good, and the excellent vegan fried chicken is reason enough to go there.

Vegetarian options: Everything there is vegan, including the delicious vegan fried chicken.
