When I was at this jersey mikes they were super busy and I grabbed the wrong order. When I noticed this I called the store back and spoke with Eric and Ceaser and explained to them what happened. They offered a refund or for me to come back. I was super hungry so obviously I went back. By the time I arrived my sandwich was coming off the grill. They gave me the sandwich with a smile and apologized for the mistake.
This is the best Jersey mikes I’ve ever been to! The staff were so kind and attentive and made sure they got everything correct. The sandwich itself was so fresh and delicious, it was the best sub I’ve ever had from Jersey mikes, or any chain sandwich shop to be honest. The food took a bit for them to make but I could see they were making everything fresh and they even offered me a free drink cup while I waited! This is the best run Jersey Mike's I have ever been to. In a world where nothing seems to work, this place is a breath of fresh air, truly. The staff is always so friendly and efficient. I appreciate the work they do, and they always deliver above and beyond. I feel at home when I walk through those doors. Keep it up!
