I have always ordered from here, and every time I ask for something extra, they charge me and they don't send me what I order, I let it go like 3 times and this last time I said something, and they told me that they would give me credit of 31 dollars, but when I tried to order again they just put me in hold for so long and they hung up the phone many times , I won't buy there anymoreBAD SERVICE

Cashier was texting on their phone while I was ordering, had to repeat my order. Another employee was stocking the chips while I was ordering, blocking the credit card machine - wouldn’t move when it came time to pay, so I had to reach over them to use it. Yet another employee was mopping the floor and blocked the way to where they put my finished sandwich. Overall, an awkward, inhospitable experience. Implicit message I got from staff was that I was in the way. That’s fine, I get it - I’ll go somewhere else next time.

Ordered at lunchtime, an hour later I checked the status and it showed as "delivered". It was not here, when I called the store, the individual answering the phone was very crabby sounding, said my order did not leave the facility yet and acted like I was being a pain for calling. Last time I ever order from this place. Still not sure if lunch is coming that I already paid for.UPDATE, sandwhich got here finally with no mayo or mustard packets, so here I am eating a dry sandwich, lemonade with no straw and a general feeling that I wasted money.

I went out of my way to go to this Jimmy John’s, because I am already not fond of the other two that are closer to me. I walked in at 4pm to what seemed like 1 employee working. They seemed unhappy as soon as I walked in, and when I asked, ‘how are you doing?,’ they just responded with, “I’m fine.”They were also putting on gloves while at the register as if they were going to start touching the dirty register with gloves on and then make my sandwich. No thanks, I walked out. It’s my birthday today, I’m not gonna get food poisoning from this place.Parking: Plenty of parking because I’m guessing this place doesn’t get much business.

Can they "f" up a sandwich, yes they can, and they have a very loose interpretation of "fast". Delivery will take 1-1 1/2 hours and my last two orders were wrong. Told to wait another hour for the proper item. Super curt and unapologetic service. I would recommend in store ordering only, so you can verify everything.

I was served a 11.07$ sandwich with two pieces of turkey and was told they weighed it and that's the appropriate serving. Do better cause you just lost yourself a hard-working customer. Pitiful.....

Ok, first let me be clear, I love their sandwiches, I'm reviewing the service.The last two times I went there service was lame. Never used to be that way, but is now. No personality zombies. Don't seem to know what "light on the Mayo" means. Will I give them one more chance? We'll see.
