I ordered a sandwich for delivery to my office that's 5 minutes up the road - from time of order to call at the door, 7 minutes - I don't know how that's humanly possible. These guys rock.
I ordered no ice in my drink but there was ice when it was delivered. Not a big deal but then I got a call a little bit later from Jimmy John’s and the delivery driver came back with new drinks without ice. I really appreciate the effort!
I ordered catering last minute because I was in a bind with a work event and this team had my (very large) catering order ready within an hour! I had called ahead to make sure it was feasible and they seemed happy to help. Thank you so much!!
