Can they "f" up a sandwich, yes they can, and they have a very loose interpretation of "fast". Delivery will take 1-1 1/2 hours and my last two orders were wrong. Told to wait another hour for the proper item. Super curt and unapologetic service. I would recommend in store ordering only, so you can verify everything.
Ok, first let me be clear, I love their sandwiches, I'm reviewing the service.The last two times I went there service was lame. Never used to be that way, but is now. No personality zombies. Don't seem to know what "light on the Mayo" means. Will I give them one more chance? We'll see.

Cashier was texting on their phone while I was ordering, had to repeat my order. Another employee was stocking the chips while I was ordering, blocking the credit card machine - wouldn’t move when it came time to pay, so I had to reach over them to use it. Yet another employee was mopping the floor and blocked the way to where they put my finished sandwich. Overall, an awkward, inhospitable experience.
