Don't order delivery from this place!
Uber Eats driver steals whole order, picture does not even match my front area. Uber Eats will not refund once driver says food is " delivered "

I said I wanted a turkey, light lettuce and extra mayo. They gave me a number 4. When I asked about it, she said “when you say turkey, that means a number 4. This is not made to order.” Then she proceeded to lie to the manager in front of me and say that I said I wanted a number 4! Absolutely terrible service, rude and disappointing. Manager had nothing to say. An employee on the line wanted to help and have the conversation but the woman with glasses at checkout, and manager were awful.

I'm not a fan of Jimmy John's food so ignore the 3 stars.
I am also well aware of the drugs and homelessness issue in the area.
However, as someone with a digestive disease who has had to ask to use bathrooms in emergency situations, I was disgusted by the attitude of the 3 workers behind the counter. A guy came in, I didn't believe he was telling the truth, but he did claim a medical need to use the bathroom.
The workers had no knowledge of the new laws in MN and when I showed them the new law, 2 workers walked off from me and the one who looked at my phone says, "that doesn't involve me"
Well, it does if the boss, whom you said you were afraid of, gets a fine for not properly fulfilling the new law.
The bathroom was restricted to those who made a purchase. With 3 employees, there was no threat that the store front was at risk of being robbed if someone babysat this kid in the bathroom. I believe the franchise owner needs to do a much better job of enforcing new laws and train their employees. Maybe try not to be so scary that your staff is more afraid of going against your rule vs upholding a new law.
TLDR: don't go to this Jimmy John's if you have a digestive disease and are having an emergency.

My dad got another type of meat and also raised their voice because my dad pointed it out I am very hurt by this, and didn’t tell us that our meal wasn’t a combo and I had to pay two times and then didn’t say that they didn’t have the meat that my dad asked for like that’s rude u should tell us this

Most uncomfortable interaction I’ve ever had with an employee of an establishment.
Guy didn’t say a single word besides the total and just stood there with his arms crossed.
First time getting jimmy John’s in about two years.. definitely remembered real quick why I refuse to eat there.

Not to be a whiner but I did not enjoy the sarcastic comment about what I ordered yesterday. I wanted to get my sandwich, eat it, and leave. I don't want to be part of your comedy routine. In fact it fell so flat I genuinely panicked and thought I said something incorrectly and then I double checked the menu. I don't want to whine, but I keep thinking about that remark and it was awkward. I wanted to let this staff member at least see it without me having to return, I'll go to the campus one instead now.

Awful service today. Was very busy, I get it, but they continued to prioritize in-person orders ahead of all take-out orders. Was told “10 more minutes” for, truly, a full hour. 59 minutes for a take-out order.UPDATE: Filled out the customer service link sent by Jimmy John’s and have not received any sort of reply.
Took an hour for a pick-up order for 4 sandwiches, 2 of which were simply slims (meat only). In-person orders walked in and went ahead of us for at least 40 minutes. Understand it was busy, but when you had to go find our ticket after 45 minutes- after 2 of us asking 2x you finally believed us- you then put it at the BOTTOM of the pile. “Freaky fast” for sure!

it was an average meal, i don't think their food is anything special, but it was still good and would consider revisiting since it's a cheaper option! good service and polite workers though!
