This JJ store blows. It’s a block or two from me, but I like to order while I’m in meetings during work and can’t pick up. It’s always over an hour delivery time (for one sandwich .02 miles away)….ridiculous. But the website won’t let me order from any other location since this is the closest to me. I’m currently waiting on a sandwich that I ordered 1.5 hours ago, are you kidding me. They also don’t follow delivery directions at all. Asked them to call me when here because people steal deliveries - they left it out front and just texted me, didn’t even see the text for 10 minutes.

Plus, if you ever go into the actual physical location you know it’s a hot mess.

Skip this shop.

Writing this review to thank, Drew, one of the managers! I received the wrong order; so, I decided to call. Drew answered and explained that they were closing, but that he would take care of it the next day. The next day, like clockwork, Drew actually called me, and he resent my order to me. Thank you, Drew... really appreciate his transparency and ownership of the problem! Trust in Drew!

Ordered a slim 4 and a turkey tom with cheese on door dash. Neither item was correct as they forgot the cheese on the turkey Tom and made the slim 4 a kids sandwich (the sandwich was about 3x smaller). Not only that, but we also found black curly hair in our sandwiches. An utter failure all around. DO NOT order from this location unless you are ok with being disappointed.

Ordered my food at 2:15 today. Wasn't delivered until 3:30. Turns out they subcontract deliveries via Uber Eats, and those people are awful. If I had known they didn't deliver themselves, I never would have ordered from there. So much for "freaky fast delivery." Sandwich was gross by the time it arrived.

The woman claiming to be the manager was completely rude. Refused to bag an order and insisted that my husband do it himself. When he complained she called him a derogatory name and then told him not to come back into the store again. I can’t believe these are the people that Jimmy John’s have put in a management position. She does not deserve to be working there or anywhere dealing with customers.

I had the smallest issue with regards to my order that resulted in me not receiving a fairly large order. Given the monetary value of the food I submitted a complaint about the order and the manager could not have been more gracious in clearing up the problem.

I have stopped in a few times since and I cannot say enough about how positively incredible the employees are at this location. They make incredible sandwiches, they are polite as heck, and I will happily continue to come to this location.

I appreciate their commitment to staying in Uptown when many spots have closed down. Thank you so much for your assistance with my order and for the wonderful sandwiches.

Super frustrating and I never leave reviews but this is crazy! They are consistently taking an hour for deliveries. I just called and they said my driver was delivering 6 other orders. Do no order if you want “freaky fast” lol ?

This is the Jimmy John's that delivers to my house. Aside from long delivery times at peak hours (which is fine), I've never really had any issue here. Delivery people are nice and the food is decent. Never been delivered the wrong food, or had a hard time ordering from them.

Second time my order hasn't arrived in the span of a month. I've been ordering here for 7 years, and now you get charged without receiving a refund. Super unfortunate for the local businesses. Poor example of what Jimmy John experience should be
