When a customer orders a 'LARGE" coffee and gets maybe a 10 oz cup that is aggravating. I live a block away from Jones in LH and will not give them my business. Dunn Bros was a better product top to bottom.

It's alright, just not very impressive. Took away the options and vibes that the Dunn Brothers offered and didn't add anything new. The bottom of the barrel country music didn't help.

Great coffee, building and service. Food? Meh. I had the cortado- bliss. Great espresso combined just right. Most small places that roast their own coffee would be better off serving Dagwood or Collectivo. Not here. They do a great job roasting and it comes out in their espresso Staff was also super nice and friendly, putting up with my old man ramblings And it is a nice place to enjoy your coffee. The inside is nice with a variety of seating and a small out door patio for the two months of summer The food? Not a lot of choices and just ok. I had the bagel with cream cheese and the bagel was nothing special Come for the coffee, service, and ambiance. For the food look elsewhere.

always a pleasant visit at jones coffee<3 i tried their vegetarian breakfast croissant last time and it was so delicious. staff is always amazingly kind and hard working. i’ve never had something i don’t like here and they make everything themselves from roasting the beans to making the syrups! & prices are very reasonable!

Coffee was not so good. Both me and the person with me thought the same. If I go back and find things are better I will happily change my review and assume this was just an off pot of coffee. Also could look nicer inside, it was bland looking.

This place is an absolute Gem! The price for the quality is unmatched, especially these days. The Avocado Toast was the fresh and surpringly gourmet. The coffee was perfectly brewed and full of flavor.

Slowest baristas you’ve ever seen. No sense of urgency, took 39 minutes for 1 large coffee.

I’ve been here a few times since it is my neighborhood, but my coffee drink is usually made to warm temperature. I decided to try this location again this morning, but was again disappointed. When I asked if it could be reheated or made hotter, I was given some resistance from the employee. If I’m going to spend $7.00 for a regular 16oz mocha, it would be nice for my beverage to be hot. Perhaps they could go back to using a thermometer rather than guessing the accurate temperature.

Jones doesn't have as big a menu as Dunn Brothers used to have (in the same location) but the coffee and food are still good. I had an everything bagel breakfast sandwich that was very tasty! Customer service is also competent & friendly.
