Superb American/Chinese food. I got delivery by Door Dash on a Monday night. Food arrived hot and crispy. I love a good General Tso and these guys nailed it first try. Not mushy or soggy, good balance of sweet and acidic and heat for my Minnesota taste. Fried rice was delightful with dark soy sauce and pork chunks. Egg rolls were shatteringly crisp and I could tell they used clean oil and the rolls were fresh. Not all Chinese places make rolls daily, and I don't know if this was a lucky pull or if they're always this good, but I'm absolutely going to try it again.
My wife got chicken with pea pods and beef with vegetables, and loved both of them. The sauce was very salty, which she prefers.
In all, extremely happy to have found Joy Luck after a string of mediocre Chinese experiences in Fridley and New Brighton, and very much looking forward to my next order! I hope to visit them in Camden next time, since I have heard they have a cash discount. If door dash is always a little worse than what you get in the restaurant, then I can't wait to visit in person.
The food is not bad shrimp toast is my favorite and the prices are decent, I have eaten here a few times, but I refuse to any more after seeing the inside, it’s dirty and they have bad attitudes, I never understood why we don’t put pressure on the businesses in our neighborhoods to clean it up and stop serving us strange meats, appreciate our business, this place is filthy and we as a neighborhood need to raise our standards. I think yall should clean it up, your food don’t match the establishment or the bad attitudes.

I used to get sesame chicken at this place and every time I get it the people are ignorant. They’re real short with you and they screw you over to because the chicken that’s supposed to be in the sesame chicken is just clumps of breading so all you wind up paying for is a bowl of rice I would avoid this place and look for somewhere else to eat

Worst Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been to. First off, it was supposed to open at 11, but they didn’t come until around 20 minutes after opening. 2nd, their tables were all sticky and the place was very dark. Now when it comes to the food, the food was alright. But it was kind of flavorless. I got the roast pork egg foo young, which tasted a little good, but the egg foo young was pretty burnt and egg foo young looks much better when you look it up online. 3rd, they gave me flimsy plastic forks which were incredibly hard to use, would’ve been nice if you gave me some chopsticks, or metal forks that can actually cut open my egg foo young properly. 4th, the bathroom was blocked off and I had to ask if I could move the chair blocking it so that I could get to the bathroom. So terrible service and atmosphere, and alright food at best

Love the variety here—my go-to for shrimp lo mein and General Tso’s!
Their egg foo young is perfectly crispy outside, soft inside. Comfort food at its best.

Typical older Asian restaurant. The food is good, larger portions, but a bit spendy.
Had beef lo mein and dumplings. I ordered at the desk and ate in the restaurant. Some of the beef chunks in the lo mein were cold, and it had more sauce than I am used to. The veggie pieces were all fine and as I expected.
The dumplings were large and cooked well.
DoorDash order. But I loved the food, so I'll probably visit locally too.
The food was spicy; I didn't even have to ask for spicy, which is fantastic.
I love the bag that came with it. Not sure if it's standard, but I thought it was cool.
