Was ok, not great just ok. Unfortunately the food arrived cold, flavours were weak. I got the curry sauce which was quite flat, only managed a spoonful…the rest went to the bin. It was worth a shot as the restaurant I would have liked to go to was closed.

I always ordered the same order which is the tilapia ugali and greens the food hands down is good but can you guys please not fry the fish to the bone sometimes you can’t get the meat off of it becomes really hard and bony so please try to not fry that hard secondly the food tastes better with side of hot sauce so if you guys can add hot sauce in the order would be nice because some people love hot sauces thank you

The chips masala was spot on. Just the right flavors to remind u of Kenya. The atmosphere and the vibes is unmatched

Tamu grill has Kenya written all over it. Chef jojo and mama make amazing food. The ugali and tilapia meal is my favorite set. It brings back fond memories of Kenya. Fanaka who usually takes care of the front end of the shop is very friendly and accommodating. The whole place is very warm and welcoming. I enjoy visiting and their amazing food.
