Very tasty food, served extremely quickly despite the restaurant being quite busy due to a concert at the nearby US Bank Stadium. I stumbled on it the first time, but I will seek this place out for my next event at US Bank Stadium.

Our first time here. The sake and plum wine were delicious. The atmosphere was relaxing, tall ceilings and dim lighting. The food was exquisite, the vegetable tempura was perfectly prepared, and we both loved our entrees. The server was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We both plan on coming back.

The Roast Duck Curry was jaw dropping delicious. I could not believe how much flavor they could pack in to one dish. I will absolutely be ordering from here again.

Out of food that they advertise having, still allowed order to go through.

The menu has labeled vegetarian options but not vegan. I asked my server about vegan options and they didn’t seem very sure. I had to remind them to also remove fish sauce from the dish, not just egg. I ordered the pad thai and it wasn’t great. The sauce was way too sweet and the dish used a different type of noodles than what I usually see in pad thai. I will probably not return and would recommend finding a different Thai restaurant.
Really tasty Thai food. Quick service that was friendly. Convenient if you're going to the Guthrie.

Pretty “meh” - our takeout order didn’t come with any rice, even though it was supposed to.

The food was just slightly above average in quality compared to other comparable in the area. Our server was very perfunctory and provided a mediocre experience as well. She provided incomplete answers prior to taking our order. She also did not return when the food arrived to address an “issue” with my husband’s meal. He ate it despite not getting what he was expecting from the description given. The experience was completely wrecked when notifying the staff regarding the Restroom quality. (No toilet paper available in potty area). We were told it was a supply issue. If you can’t keep the restroom stocked, then the restaurant should be closed. A simple trip to local grocery store could have solved this but the staff thought this was funny. Far from it. It’s an infection control concern. How can staff and customers maintain good hygiene in this food service setting? Also, what kind of training does the staff have if they don’t see this obvious problem? Definitely not funny. I can not recommend this place at the present.

Lousy service AND no toilet paper in bathroom. Upon inquiry they stated that they don’t have TP due to supply chain issues and proceeded to hand me the napkins that come with your takeout order to use instead. I paid and left immediately. This MUST be a health violation!

I had the Cashew Chicken... very good. Great service and a nice setting.
Delicious and fast service!
Steps from the Guthrie, Miles from Flavor
We started with the fried spring rolls—crisp but unremarkable.
I ordered the pineapple fried rice with pork. Unfortunately, the pork lacked any seasoning, as if it were an afterthought rather than an intentional component of the dish. The rice itself was similarly underwhelming—even the cashews were bland, offering no texture or flavor to elevate the experience. It felt as though the entire dish hadn’t even been introduced to salt.
My dining partner had the pad Thai with pork, which suffered the same fate: flat, flavorless, and uninspired.
While Kin Dee boasts a convenient location near the Guthrie, it falls short where it matters most—on the plate. If you’re looking for a satisfying meal before a show, you may want to look elsewhere.
I live a few blocks from this place. I'm shocked it has good reviews as its truly terrible. I got the Tom Khah soup. It seemed like the coconut milk was poured into the bowl and a small amount of pre-cubed chicken was thrown in. The mushrooms were raw - not even warm. There was zero seasoning. Don't go here.
