I was so pleasantly surprised by this discovery in the Mill City Museum. Was in town for training at the Aloft hotel near the museum during the coldest week Minneapolis had this winter. So me and my colleagues didn’t want to venture too far from the hotel for lunch. I ate the burger on two different days it was that good! They have a gluten free bun option and lots of yummy salads. A regular here. It's a museum cafe that is way better than a typical museum cafe. Standard & solid burgers, sandwiches, etc. all made to order. Also one of the best (or the best) quick service restaurants in the neighborhood.

A damn good burger! My partner had Roasted Tomato Basil soup w/a grilled cheese...a classic for a winter day. Will definitely become a regular as the other items look just as tasty. Friendly and quick service. A very nice casual lunch spot.
