Full disclosure, I skipped lunch and finished my first old fashioned before the chicken arrived. I won’t claim the pickle fried chicken to be the best chicken ever made, but I will say it was the best chicken I’ve ever had. The food truck guys were awesome. Don’t skip the chicken.

Fantastic! Ordered online, picked it up at a food truck and didn’t realize they were partnered with Norseman Distillery which was cool.The pickup had great portions, and it was one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. I can’t wait to go back!

Wow. I got the Mother Clucker and it was amazing. This place does not skimp on the portion size or the taste. Crispy, savory, and delicious with just the riiiiiight amount of spice; if you haven't eaten here, you're missing out! The fries were amazing too. I ended up getting a creme brule because I was feeling fancy and I was not disappointed. I will definitely be taking my folks to this place when we're finally able to get together again. Top notch.

I can't say enough good things about this food. Seriously.The chicken is phenomenal. We've had it by itself and on the sandwiches and they are amazing. The absolute best buffalo chicken sandwich that I've ever had. And the fries were still crunchy even after getting the food home to Roseville!I highly recommend the ribs, the fried chicken, and the chili. Best fried chicken and smoked meat in MN.

We are slowly eating our way through the menu. We have had:1) Pickle Fried Chicken - super amazing. Great crisp on the outside and super juicy on the inside. GET SOME! (PS Bama sauce is the boss.)2) Creamy Dill Potato Salad - one of the most flavorful potato salads I have had. Great dill flavor and the potatoes are cooked to perfection.3) Norman's Pickles - I love these pickles and they make me want to try Chicken & Biscuits next. I'm totally going to make them into chicken sliders.GO GET THIS FOOD. You deserve it!
Best smoked meats in Minnesota by far, and best fried chicken anywhere! Worth the trip for takeout, can’t wait to have some at Norseman when the weather is nicer too.

The chicken sandwich is insane! Exactly what I wanted, biscuits are also delicious, the honey butter and apple butter are perfection with it. Def coming back to try other stuff...or to just keep eating the sandwich.
