My spouse can't eat gluten and most sushi/Japanese places are not very accommodating. Kyatchi has a very large selection of gluten-free items including Tamari (gluten-free soy sauce). Also the rolls we had were all very tasty and creative. We plan to return!
My wife really liked the Mayo miso sesame sauce on the wings. I thought they were good.
My wife liked one of the specialty rolls but I generally thought the food was fine. I've had better sushi, the chicken meatball Skewers were fine.
I like the locally sourced ingredients, organic food, and that they pay their staff well (19% service fee built into pricing).

The seaweed salad was huge and fresh and seemed free of weird chemicals that most seaweed salads have. The pork belly in the ramen was the best I’ve ever had (though I haven’t had it much). The broth made me want to drink the whole bowl despite being full from the start. Only complaint is it’s very loud bc it’s all hard surfaces and very packed: make a reservation even on a Thursday evening before 5pm!
