Play's got great ice cream service is a little slow and I think they may be a new business or something.But customer service isn't what it usually is.But once you do get their attention, their products is exactly what you see and what I had was darn good.And I would go again

Worst experience ever I was in line behind someone next to the register and then someone else came in and standed on the next counter and when it was time for me to order she just ignored me and attended the other man the when other two women came in she just screamed ‘are you gonna order’ when I said yes she just screamed get in line in a really upset way and when I went to grab my stuff with my sister she scream at my sister ‘is she gonna order’ my sister said yes and she scream more at my sister telling her to tell me to get in line it was the worst experience ever if I could give it zero stars I would she ruined my day don’t recommend .

The BEST ice cream in the Twin Cities. I dream about the oreo ice cream, it's genuinely way better than a DQ blizzard. The esquite is always a hit! Same with the mangonadas.... yum yum yum. I wish their menu was a little easier to read, but after you go once you get the hang of it
A perfect Mexican vibe in this store. Tried the tamarind 🍨 which was really a refreshing. Never tried something similar before this, it was just fab 😚.

When I first arrived I couldn’t find the menu but later I realized it was set up in a ridiculous way the food menu was on a wall while the dessert menu was all over the place I ordered a milkshake and was confused at the options they had and it was set up in a ridiculous way while the lady who was taking my order was rushing me I later paid for my shake and sat down only to find how sticky my table was I was super disappointed in This place overall the milkshake was good but everything else was just disappointing

I recently went to the one in Walmart, Brooklyn Park MN. A Hispanic lady with short hair wearing a cap was very rude! I was waiting in line and never took my order....she welcomed and helped others but I was just ignored and looked at....feeling unwelcome 😕...i just hope this doesn't happen to anyone else and that they change to staff who are nice and welcome anyone who comes to enjoy ice cream. 🙂
