I was staying at the Intercontinental MSP and ate breakfast at La Voya Brasserie each morning. The menu contained standard breakfast fare. The serving sizes were generous and everything was prepared very well. I especially liked the hash browns, big biscuits, and the smoky thick bacon. One day I replaced the hash browns with fresh fruit and was surprised to get a big bowl of blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.

The staff was friendly and efficient....

I am surprised the ratings are this low. My dining experience was fantastic. I had the salmon cake, which was SO good. The side of bread was perfect. And the layover drink is a must. Wonderful service too!

Great food. The Maple Butter and Raspberry Preserve are the perfect pair. With the bacon and croissant, i get to have a little savory, sweet and tart breakfast without stuffing my face or spending too much.
