I enjoyed my hashbrown as it was very temperature hot like I like my food and had the right amount of moisture. I got The Bacon Avocado Tomato bagel with egg white on an everything bagel. All of my favorites rolled into one!The bagel was fresh and the right texture. It had the right amount of flavoring on it, so as not to overpower the sandwich as some everything bagels do. I love NY style bagels and Brueggers is a good name I am familiar with. I bought $20 worth of bagels at the MSP airport in St Paul which included my toasted blueberry bagel with veggie cream cheese and lettuce and tomato. I hoped to have onion as well but they don't have onions. And the tomato (they gave me 1 tiny thin wilted tomato which barely fit 1/3 of my bagel) wasn't great and not enough and the lettuce was one piece that wasn't fresh and not enough. Epitome of Minnesota socialism. $10.40 for a bagel and no drink. That includes the 4% mandatory tip to pay for the benefits of the employees, since the owner is unwilling to do that.
