This place is hit or miss. Sometimes they're good and then sometimes they're not.They are getting better about opening on time. You might ask why do I continue to put myself through they misery if the service isn't consistent...well the answer to that question is: I work at the airport and there are few places to get food early in the morning.
Great quick snack. Bagels were fresh and staff was nice and knowledgeable.

In store and online customers were waiting 1 hour for bagel orders. The store staff cannot handle the volume of both online and in store orders. Everyone was unhappy from customers to staff. Bagels are supposed to be a fast breakfast food and nobody expects to wait that long. One online customer got mad after waiting 45 minutes after pick up order time and the apparent manager refused to give the bag to the customer until she finished yelling back. We had to finally leave without our bagels as we could no longer wait as we had a scheduled commitment. Please stop online order if you can’t handle it.
