The best breakfast at a hotel restaurant I’ve ever had! Hands down. The Americana is what I had. Bacon, and I mean real bacon! Get the fruit, and you’ll see it’s the freshest, best you’ve ever had. This place is worth the visit.
I was staying at the Intercontinental MSP and ate breakfast at La Voya Brasserie each morning. The menu contained standard breakfast fare. The serving sizes were generous and everything was prepared very well. I especially liked the hash browns, big biscuits, and the smoky thick bacon. One day I replaced the hash browns with fresh fruit and was surprised to get a big bowl of blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.

I am surprised the ratings are this low. My dining experience was fantastic. I had the salmon cake, which was SO good. The side of bread was perfect. And the layover drink is a must. Wonderful service too!
