Longfellow is so lucky to have such a great local bakery in our neighborhood! The bread and pastries are awesome, the staff is wonderful, and also the pizzas on Friday are a fun lunch option. Love this bakery and can’t say enough good things about it!
Heavenly bread! Just amazing. Every one I have tried is incredible. Their hearty/dense German rye breads are amazing! I generally lean towards their bread over baked goods as I like a little more white flour and airiness in my pasteries. This I don’t think is a fault of theirs as they have a path and stick to it. That being said their orange anise spiral, sesame ball, dal filled croissant, and rye cookies are really amazing (fyi I think all those names are wrong more just descriptors...
Amazing bakery specializing in European whole-grain breads and pastries. Find treats like kolaches and pretzels here, as well as awesome little sandwiches. Love the coffee partnership with SK. I appreciate Laune's dedication to local ingredients and even local grain milling.
