Minneapolis can be intimidating for a small town Wisconsin girl like me. I was looking for a pub that felt like home and Mackenzie’s was exactly what I was looking for! Such a warm and cozy atmosphere. I was impressed by the very unique selection of seasonal cocktails and the pretty diverse menu (so many things looked good it was hard to decide). I’m still thinking of the Thai peanut wrap days later, seriously some of the best sauce I’ve had in my whole life. I can’t wait to come back next time I’m in Minneapolis!

Cute place near First Ave and Target Center for a drink. Food is decent, if a little pricey, but that's Downtown Minneapolis for you. I really love the decor here though. As someone with some Scottish heritage, I'd definitely say it reps that aspect well.

The wings are award winning in my opinion. the bartender and staff were great hosts and servers. The smoked dry rub Cajun wings I had were so good you didn't need any sauce or water to cool it down you could just eat them like that. My first time being there as well would definitely go more times !! The cook that works the grill station out on the patio was top notch.

Kate, Dan and Rich are awesome bartenders who are fantastic at their job. Very likable, easy to talk to, and make the experience that much better. The bar itself is plenty fun, and the food is great, but they make it worth coming back for just to see them.

As visitors to Minneapolis, my wife and I couldn't have asked for a better spot to get a quick bite and some brews before a concert on Hennepin Ave. Our food was great, service was quick, and the atmosphere was fun and has a historic feel. Stop in before a show!

Chill place, everyone here is super nice. Don’t recommend the wine, it’s not the best. Scotch eggs are yummy, I haven’t met a food here that I didn’t like. I got the wings with the Carolina reaper sauce, honestly, it wasn’t very spicy or spicy at all. The waiter said if I wanted some ranch, to let him know because it’s hot. That was kind of him, but it wasn’t lol. It’s probably hot if you’re from Minnesota and think black pepper is spicy, but I grew up on Thai food so I’m used to a kick so if you get it, don’t expect it to be spicy.

This place is a fun spot to hangout and play darts! The food was delicious. I loved the THC drinks and our server Sam killed it! We will definitely be going back next time we’re in town.
