Our signature item. These ribs don't fall off the bone and it's on purpose! Hardwood barbecued in our brick pit- the flavor is in it, not on it. Tastes just like bacon on a bone. Full slab approximately 12 ribs. Half slab is approximately 6 ribs.

The smell alone is worth a visit. Update: so very disappointed that market barbecue has closed their doors. This location was a lousy choice it seems moving from the original location. I never saw it as busy as it was prior. 😭

Market Bar-B-Que delivers great food, great service, and a great experience all around. The staff is friendly and attentive, the food comes out fresh and full of flavor, and the atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxed meal. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down with family or coworkers, this place consistently provides quality and hospitality. Definitely worth visiting.
