Honestly a really bizarre (but not bad) experience!! haha. I guess sometimes they don't have staff available to work, so you have to call a number to get a code to come inside-- then you pick out what you want (self serve) and also ring yourself up. You can call the number to figure out how to ring yourself up, but they use Toast so it's pretty easy to figure it out. I paid with cash so I wasn't sure where to put it? Great food. Weird service (but very nice) where you sometimes order over the phone) and an interior that currently looks almost post apocalyptic. But the doughnuts and whatnot are amazing.
Strange experience. The product was fine. But we showed up to have to call a phone number and we let ourselves into an empty building to self service and cash ourselves out. I’m an honest person I don’t have a problem doing this but it stunk to high hell in there and there is just random stuff like Christmas trees and weird stuff laying in prep areas. Not sure how sanitary this place is. First time customer.
