New to the area (for work) but not to Carbone's! I have missed the broasted chicken and mashed potatoes w/gravy so much that I just ordered it for lunch. Just as good (if not better) than I remember from the 90s.
Great bartender! Had just a small cheese pizza with Roma tomatoes on a thin crust. The thing that I noticed was just how good the cheese was. I've got to believe that the quality is superior then other places
Do not sleep on the broasted chicken. It is beyond me how a local spot like this can make chicken of this caliber. Its the best chicken you may ever have, and the price is unreal. But everything is delicious here. Love this spot. The staff are so welcoming too. Some of the best and friendly bartenders and servers ive met.... you will probably want to return often. Thanks for being awesome yall
