MOMO Sushi Reviews
The Miso was delicious, the menu is not specific enough or maybe I don’t eat enough sushi to know. When I read “7 assorted sushi” I think the typical ones like a sushi roll, no all huge slices of raw fish. It wasn’t the servers fault so I just gave it to my friends, paid the bill and left. I think if you’re super into the raw fish texture you’d love this place, it was the largest slices of fish I’ve seen served that way.
Excellent sushi & customer service! So delicious!
I was in Minneapolis for a show and wanted sushi. So glad I found this place!! The restaurant is beautiful inside and has a very nice outdoor patio with lots of umbrellas for shade. The food was fantastic!! I had sushi and got a tuna poke bowl to go. I’ll definitely be back for the Tibetan Momo!! If you haven’t been to Momo Sushi you need to check it out!!

MOMO Sushi is a delightful restaurant offering a delicious selection of sushi and other Japanese cuisine. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a great vibe and a large patio for outdoor dining. The fried rice, sushi, and sashimi are praised for their freshness and flavor, while the crab wontons are prepared to perfection. Customers leave feeling full and satisfied with the creative, well-prepared dishes.
The Miso is noted as delicious, though some diners find the menu not specific enough. The sushi includes large slices of raw fish, which may not appeal to everyone. The food, service, and atmosphere are generally great, but some customers have mentioned that the tables can be too dark for reading the menu.
The restaurant has a cute and well-kept decor, but the three-season "porch" area can be chilly in winter due to wind chill. Many recommend trying to sit inside during colder months. Overall, the food receives high praise, but diners may experience a rushed service, so it's advisable to eat quickly and exit promptly. Wheelchair accessibility may not be optimal for navigation.
Customers have noted the fun vibe, especially on Friday nights, and the delicious food. The pickup service is efficient and accurate, and the sashimi is considered top-notch for the Minneapolis area. While the restaurant may not have the most extensive menu, the quality and freshness of the dishes are highly appreciated. The only minor criticism is the limited miso soup servings for larger orders.
