Every dish that I have ordered from Muddy Tiger has been amazing, both at the Bistro as well as the food truck. Some of my favorites are Butter Chicken Pasta, Aka Tori Ramen, SPDP and Pani Puri. Such wonderful flavors!Jyotiee and Andy are also wonderful people, and the service is top notch.

The Muddy Tiger Indian Food Truck came to Canterbury Park for their Father's day weekend food truck festival, and I had the Samosas from here. I thought that they were great. They had a great filling inside with flavorful spices with just a tiny bit of kick to them. They were hot and fresh. The sauce that came with them was also very flavorful and tasty. They were out of all the specialty drinks they offer. I really wanted to try one.

Had the Tawa Chicken last night out of the food truck! Amazing! Can’t wait for my next trip to the cities. I need more!

Great place for a quick bite of Indian food; not your traditional Indian restaurant; of course. These folks started with food truck; now have this small location Their wraps are excellent; prices are good and good service

Fantastic food! I’ve lived in India for 5 years and have yet to find a place in the US with real Bombay street style food and Frankie’s no less! ❤️

Muddy Tiger has been a food truck in the past few year that we loved visiting. They now have a brick & mortar restaurant in Edina that we visited today and it was incredible. They have been open for a few months and I believe they still take the food truck out too on select days, it shows on their website when/where they are! Let's talk about the food. Muddy Tiger is an "Indian street food & Marathi Cuisine", influenced by the state of Maharashtra from the Western region of India. Their chef Jyotiee grew up eating this food. I love the flavors of each dish that we had, we had the Sabudana Vada, Tawa Chicken Frankie (Indian Wrap) and the Chilli Paneer rice bowl. A great balance of spice, Indian salad and sauces. The Chilli Paneer had a little kick of spice, just wonderful. Of course we had a mango Lassi too, delicious. I can't wait to come back to try all the other dishes, this is one of the best Indian meals I have had, different than some of the other Indian places around and that makes it even more special! Thank you for our delicious meal!

My friends and I got the Chilli paneer rice bowl and we all agreed it was quite bland and we were all a little disappointed in it.

We got a mango lassi and tawa chicken sandwich here at the Hopkins Food Truck yesterday, and both were quite delicious!
