We found a new favorite restaurant in Colette! We were able to get an early dinner reservation and the restaurant was quiet as we arrived at 5:15. By the time we left it was full and energetic. Our server, Tiffany, was outstanding in going over the menu, highlighting new dishes on the menu and recommending her favorites. We had a 4:15 res'y and I asked if we could be seated somewhere nice since it was our anniversary. They put us directly next to the only other people in the restaurant which was awkward. Since it wasn't busy yet, we heard each other's conversations. I didn't ask to be moved though and it almost ruined things. Just perplexed on this one. Seems common sense to me. They eventually left and it got busier and louder and full..

We loved our experience at Colette! The staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Everything we ordered off the menu exceeded our expectation. Hands-down, the best steak tartare that I've ever had. Great wine selection also. We cannot wait to come back.
