Great spot for smoothie bowls. We went here after a kayaking trip and it really hit the spot. The bowls are crafted with pre-made bases so there is easy consistency and ability to create cool layers.
The sizes are unique to other smoothie bowl places (three different options) and the calorie count is on the board.
There was only one woman working on a Sunday, which not only seemed very unsafe but also unfair to her.
I heard this was a local chain. Would live it in the STL area!

Food is great, but the service is pretty bad. Gotta appreciate hiring teenagers, but maybe some training would help out.

It is important to me to have quality customer service when I go out and spend money. When I walked into the store, the young ladies working were in the back. They didn’t even realize I was there. Then, I informed them that it was my first time. They proceeded to say “okay.” They didn’t offer suggestions nor anything that was helpful. I asked if I could try a flavor. They both skeptically looked at each other and said, “we don’t do that.” Then, I placed my order and as I was heading out. I heard the employee ask the Caucasian lady who was behind me if she had a rewards number. She never asked me that question. Afterwards, I called a different location within close proximity and asked them if they would allow me to try a flavor if it’s my first time. They said “yes, that would be okay.” It seems like there are disparities between locations. The bowl was unsatisfactory and I would never go back again. It’s important to teach your employees quality customer service and how to be fair towards each consumer.

I was in the rush so I couldn’t address it in the store.
They skimped on the bases . There was way too much chia . I wasn’t happy with the product or the service. That’s unfortunate because I was hopeful. I’ll stick to bliss Acai. It’s just as expensive, but you get your money’s worth.
Update : the store manager reached back and offered to make it right. I am yet to go back, but appreciate the effort to make things right.

The food was really delicious. Good serving portions. But I would’ve liked it if it was a little bit less sweet.
Good food, but pricey imo.

Nautical Bowls are by far the best Acai bowls that you can get... I have tried many from other companies and they just don't have the variety and rang e of ingredients and toppings that nautical bowls has. A bit, expensive, sure. But worth it every time.

Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, and some of the tastiest smoothie bowls you'll try. Pretty well priced, plus they have a loyalty program that adds up.
