Absolutely terrible customer service. And very rude. Apparently they don’t need the business and cannot be bothered with kindness. Take your business elsewhere.

We need one in Minnetonka for the Western Suburbs. The kitchen equipment. Wonderful mixing bowls, mixers, Weber grills, etc

Great place with incredible food

Had their take-out Paella. Wow! First the pickup process was well orchestrated from the connected parking deck. Even the table they put your take-out order on gets sanitized after every customer. Now the more important stuff. The Paella was amazing. We had a late dinner and it reheated wonderfully well. We did kick it up with shrimp, chorizo, and hot sauce but the base was amazing. Of course don't forget the salad. It was so fresh and well paired with a great dressing. Looking forward to their next creation. Thank you Kitchen Window you made Friday night special again!

Such a cute little place will be back again

I recently purchased a Nespresso Pixie with the milk froth-er, called Aeroccino. First off, those work absolutely brilliantly. This location has the best-seller machines and pod-holders, so if you're new to Nespresso, start with a tasting here (literal tasting).

They've got everything we need for our clients. Fast service, delicious coffee, knowledgable staff. We love this spot.

My husband and I visited this store today with the intention of purchasing all new cookware as all of ours needed replacing. All the staff were exceptional, but both Ron and Michael both made this an over-the-top experience and so enjoyable. I’m so thankful that stores like this still exist. Some things, like real-world experience and expertise cannot be replicated in this impersonal, online world we find ourselves in these days. We had so much fun and, while we blew right past our budget, felt we got such high quality products and at such fair prices, we couldn’t help ourselves! We will be back for our new grill soon!! We couldn’t fit anything else I the car today. :) THANK YOU!!

Great staff. Super helpful, and the coffee is amazing!

I was treated with indifference and even rudeness at this boutique. I have a Nespresso espresso machine and thought I might like to try the coffee made in the one that makes the full sized cups of coffee. The woman who I was talking with was condescending and didn't listen to what I was saying.

Jeffrey was amazing, great customer service and the coffee is so good.
