Some of the best alcohol to buy directly from their drink room, and the cocktails they make are nothing less than outstanding. Food is really solid as well

Not kid friendly. Employee (not our server) told us that we were disturbing everyone and that "customers left because of the kid". We had two kids that were running around but took them in the hallway out of everyone's way; no screaming or crying. Super ridiculous as the kids weren't disturbing anyone when we took them out to the hallway and hardly anyone in the place. Our server overheard the comment from the employee and apologized, but no manager came to say anything. Bad service will never go again.
(We were there from 5pm - 6:30pm, not peak dinner hour)
Kid-friendliness: Probably kid-friendly but they aren't welcome there.

Me and a friend of mine were lucky enough to get tickets to one of their first tastings and cocktail pairings. And it was fantastic. Wonderful spin on classic Lao dishes. You could tell every course and pairing was meticulously crafted, and well balanced. The Steak Costini flight was by far my favorite. So many different flavors with the perfect matching drink. Wonderful job! Can’t wait for the next one! Cathy! You did a wonderful job! Thank you!

Beautiful lounge and bar area which well utilizes the antique industrial building it's in. The Norseman distills all of their own liquors, and likewise provides a wide variety of house made bitters. In addition to their expertly crafted cocktails this spot also features a wide range of charcuterie options, pizza and other treats. Real swanky spot. Bar snobs and casual drinkers alike rejoice

This was not worth the price I payed. If you are only going for drinks the cocktails were great. The food however was quite bad.

The Norseman is a wonderful place! The food is so tasty, and the cocktails have no peer. The service is kind and attentive, and it's a great place to catch up with friends!
Vegetarian options: The vegetarian pizzas are delicious! The mushroom/pesto one particularly so!

Great spot for drinks! The vibe is super cozy -- the string lights overhead create a great atmosphere. The space is very large: I came here with friends on one of the trivia nights (we were not participating in trivia) and they had that event in a different area so it was nice to have that separate so we could just drink and chat in our own space. The cocktails were very tasty and our server was friendly and attentive. I will definitely be coming back here!
Parking: If the lot is full there is ample street parking! Both are free options.

Norseman makes some of the best cocktails in town. Been coming back every time I’m in Minnesota. My only issue is the 21% fee on groups over 7 people - it feels a bit predatory and I feel that the servers should inform the guests (even though it’s in very small fine print on the menu on one side of the menu). A $15 drink ended up being $21 after fees, tax and a $1 tip.

So first of all I want to say that the service was good and the drink I ordered was really good too.
But paying literally ruined the experience for me. 'Hiding' the service fee in the fine print, not telling people about it and then having the nerve to actually recommend a 7% tip is insane. I know the tipping culture in America is out of hand a this point, but the places we visited before at least had the honesty to tell us about their additional charges.
My 15$ cocktail actually cost me 22$.
Great drinks, good atmosphere - still would go somewhere else next time.
