Our server, Chris was great. Was really helpful with figuring out how my wife should order her steak. She's not big on the charred outside that Manny's is known for and they were able to accommodate that. It was a nice touch that Manny's picked up our tab for the dessert we ordered.
Our experience was absolutely phenomenal. Dinner was a celebration of moms' night out. Wonderful service from the entire staff. Such a great time! Everything tasted amazing. Great quality and food was perfection. The waiter was even able to request a drink for me that was the N/A version to match my friend's drink. Overall, it was an amazing time start to finish.
Great place for brunch. Very good menu plus access to most items on the dinner menu. Eggs, loaded hash browns and a 65 day dry aged bone in strip steak paired very nicely with a Bloody Mary. Service is always outstanding, very attentive without being distracting
What a huge disappointment! The environment and ambiance was a positive beginning but went downhill from there. I ordered the bone in ribeye and could not believe the amount of gristle! The steak knife could not cut through the meat. It was inedible. I've never returned a meal at a restaurant but I came extremely close on this occasion. The side dishes were delicious, as well as the dessert; however ridiculously large that three of us shared a cheesecake instead of ordering three desserts and getting the chance to try different things. But it all came down to the steaks. And this evening, Manny's did not measure up. I'm hoping that it was just a bad night, but as a visitor to Minneapolis there are other options that I will consider on my next visit. Sad experience.
For a four dollar sign restaurant, I wasn't impressed. We had 9:15pm reservations and when we arrived early we were sat right away, great start! It's not a typical as only drink menus were brought and after drinks were ordered they brought the meat car and explained all the steak options...also pretty cool. David was great at first and was able to answer questions, but once we ordered and received our food I fell like he disappeared, not so great for service. The food was ok. The burger was huge, almost too big with two big patties, brisket and onion straws...we opted for no mushrooms. The bone-in ribeye didn't have a tone of flavor. I added salt and asked for horseradish on the side, but that was very dry and had no spice to it. The sides were delicious! The wedge salad was great, onion straws, bread and loaded mashed potatoes were good. It was a little loud, but not too bad. The booth was comfortable! For $300 I expect more for the steak. Don't think I'd be back.
Manny's Steakhouse is a great place to go for special occasions. We've gone for both birthdays and anniversaries. The staff go above and beyond to make your day feel extra special.
I had the bone in fillet, we ordered loaded mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, hash browns, asparagus, and roasted bone marrow with apricot jelly. Way more food than we needed but we got plenty for tomorrow. Overall beautiful experience!
Heard great things about this steakhouse and really wanted to love it. Service was excellent but food was average. The sides were very good but the steaks were disappointing. They pride themselves on raising their own beef. However, they don't mention the grade of beef and if I had to guess, I'd say it was select at best and nowhere close to prime which I'd expect for an $85 steak. It was rather tough and lacked marbling for a ribeye. The restaurant has history and character but not good steaks.
Manny's was a great dinning experience. I am not sure it was worth $300.00 for two. I personally liked the Capital Grill better. I liked the ambiance, and the filet ala Oscar much better, then the strip sirloin.
The food was really amazing. The sides were exceptional and the dessert was incredible. Had the Bailey's Cake which our server gave us for free as we were celebrating a wedding that happened the day before. Very nice gesture. Our server was great and the food came out quickly and the steaks were cooked perfectly. It's is a high price point but worth it.

Best place to stop before the Vikings Games. Fabulous high-quality food. Chili is a must try. Our server Kevin was playful and fun. He was attentive to all our needs in a timely manner.
Amazing food and service - professional waiter - go with their recommendations - You have to have the scallop Benedict appetizer! It is very loud in main dinning room - expected for Friday night - highly recommend
Had a wonderful anniversary dinner and they made us feel so special! We're from out of town, came here on a recommendation from a local we met at the airport. It was nice seeing other table groups there celebrating various occasions too, it shows that this place holds a spot in many peoples' hearts. A special thanks to Steve. Thank you for a wonderful evening! Xoxo Amber and Luke
This restaurant is waaaayyyyy overhyped!! Spend $600 for mediocre food. It's like the chef didn't know what salt was. 90% of the food had no flavor. I can't believe I was charged $180 for a piece of meat that didn't taste like anything. It was too loud too hear the waitress explain their meat selection. The lobster tail was big but again sadly no flavor. Not enough butter to save it. Only good thing was the mash potatoes. But my daughter was soo sad that the Mac and cheese didn't taste good. Waitress was really sweet so I still left a good tip making my total bill almost $800. But will never go back there again. Texas Roadhouse is wayy better than this.
Arrived in MN for our annual Viking game and Saturday night dinner at Mannys. As always a great experience and great food. Our host was fantastic and made our party feel welcomed. The meat cart is always a table favorite part of the experience. Drinks, appetizers, side dishes and entree absolutely delicious. Our yearly trip would not be complete without a stop at Mannys. Thank you for making our trip and guests feel extra special. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
