Sometimes the white haired more mature among us are pushed aside in bike shops when the more adventurous and younger get the help. But not at this bike shop. I received excellent customer service, all of my questions and concerns were listened to and answered and yes I did buy an e-bike, which I love! Buy your bike here!!!😁
The people at One On One are great. I brought my yeti in for a new brake install and asked for a pit stop tuneup. In two visits I feel like I chatted with the whole crew. Good people. Let’s bike now.
