It was a pleasure working with Gene, Jennifer, Sam and the rest of the staff at OOBS. I had One on One process a warranty claim for me. They really advocated for me with the manufacturer and were helpful throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend OOBS for anything related to your bike!
I've had several service experiences with this shop. All of the staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about anything related to bikes. They happily give advice and recommendations and their prices ate very reasonable. Plus, they have friendly pets and who could resist that?
I brought my bike in for suspension service and had a fantastic experience. Super friendly staff and they knew exactly what I needed! I drove all the way across town to go to one on one, and I will continue to do so. Don’t miss out on this place!
