I’m a previous employee so I was put do not hire list. Ok understandable but I sent a serious letter and proof and nothing so customers just remember this they can not keep cashiers they are always hiring so please do not be mad at the ones that are there . The laugh is on them.
They refused to pay out my last paycheck. They mailed it to me ,and when I took it to the bank, they told me they put a STOP PAYMENT on my check. And you can’t call the office at all the phone doesn’t work. Dog water company that I will be taking legal action against
Extremely disappointed in using the self service check out at the Food Hall at the Minneapolis Airport. A hidden 4.5% Hospitality Fee was added to my 4 bottles of water that I purchased. First, I paid $5.99 for 1 liter of water which is crazy enough. Then to add 4.5% on top of it. On January 1, Minnesota started the Price Transparency Law which prohibits. The law requires honest and transparent pricing. It prohibits someone from advertising, displaying, or offering “a price for goods or services that does not include all mandatory fees or surcharges.” In other words, it requires that if persons advertise, display, or offer a price, this must be the total price for a good or service, that includes all mandatory fees and surcharges. Mandatory fees and surcharges that must be included in the total price advertised, displayed, or offered include any fee or surcharge that: (1) must be paid in order to purchase the good or service; (2) is not reasonably avoidable by the consumer; and (3) a reasonable person would expect to be included in the purchase of the goods or services being advertised.
OTG. Please ditch your mobile application! It’s rife with pop up’s and attempts to hold a customer hostage. In an airport it’s about getting what you want QUICKLY! The experience should not be endless upscale suggestions!

Food on the photos looked absolutely incredible so I figured it's worth the 47 dollars for a milkshake cheese bites and burger...money wasted burger had maybe 5 or 6 small mushrooms on it and was completely covered in mayonnaise on the bottom bun looked nothing like the photo.

Best real beef burger I tasted in a minute ?I asked if you guys had other restaurants in cities because I travel alot. Was told only in airports. Please recommend doing franchise in other cities ?Management was excellent as well. Kiosk didn't properly take my order and Management stepped in and told cooks take care of me ??Will definitely come back if I fly through Minneapolis area again ??suberb job with cooks and Management here!!! Ate the burger too soon?wasn't able to showcase. Working on eating dry rub wings now which smells and looks delicious ?

Ordered a chicken sandwich and a hot dog. 3 people working. Cooking one burger the others on their phones and struggling to stand. All seemed to be under the influence of something. Once we received our order we found our chicken completely burnt and black. Not friendly, not good, would not recommend. $38 wasted.

OTG needs a new GM for starbuck. Just because you are a GM don't mean you allow to harassing the employee. Learn to talk to people better .. maybe people won't keep quitting from you guys...

VERY HARD TO CONTACT. I got one wrap from the MSP airport. I tried my credit card the first time and it looked like it didn't take the credit card info. So instead of walking away with the wrap I tried the credit card the second time and it was successful and I received a receipt. I was billed $13.60 twice for one wrap. I tried to call them and was told different numbers to use to get to different departments each time I used a different number to talk to some all I got from the voice was it was an invalid number.
I applied for a part time bartending position with this for which I am extremely overqualified, they responded with automated email asking me to show up for a batch style interview that would take 40 minutes (about 2 hours including my commute) No screening phone call and they did not read my resume or look at my application. I responded with an email explaining why I won’t be participating and explained the problems with their style of management. They responded by taking offense and harassing me over the phone. I get to this page and lo and behold they have terrible ratings. I feel sorry for anyone that works for this company. It’s obvious that they are poor at management for their employees and customers.
