Otters used to be my favorite place for karaoke, and now it's not worth going to. I'll be going to Vegas Lounge from now on! In the last few months, my favorite bartender (Kim) and favorite DJ (Kat Luna) were unfairly fired. They both made this bar a very safe and welcoming space and I won't be supporting a business that is ran so poorly. The management here is unbelievably horrible. Everything is outdated and yet they're more concerned with firing their best staff than running their business.

Only started coming because Kat Luna’s incredible presence and how they shaped the culture into a more welcoming & safer space for me and my community. I’ve heard that they’ve been unjustly fired. I will no longer be supporting this establishment based on their incompetency and treatment of Kat.

The karaoke was excellent! We were sad there was no food, but we brought in some sliders from the nearby white castle.
I terribly sang Bonnie Tyler for karaoke here. But everyone still cheered. Great time 😃
