We had a reservation and we were seated in the bar area (not nice). It only got worse from there. I’ve never waited longer to order (45 minutes); or for our steaks to be brought out to eat (1 hour 20 minutes) or to eat lukewarm super expensive steaks in my life. And the establishment knew it was royally screwing up because it comped it a dessert and provided an unrequested aperitif. Nevertheless I would never eat here again.

We booked this restaurant for New Year’s Eve. We were there for 3 hours and 10 min. We ordered right away when approached by the waiter after 20 minutes. Took over an hour to get our food. The manager came up to us and apologized for slow service and offered us comps and dessert. That was nice then they didn’t come back for an hour. Comped us the desert and 75 off the bill. Did not plan to spend 3 plus hours at the restaurant. Would not go back even with the comps.

tasty food I ate at the bar, making a meal of the appetizers. The chorizo and white bean mussels were delicious. And rye meatballs were hearty and flavorful. The professional bartender makes the perfect pisco sour.
The owner is so afraid of 2 star reviews that they would rather hit people with additional unexpected fees instead of showing the price you pay. Maybe don't list the names of your businesses when sharing how shady you are to CBS next time.

Truly a 5-star restaurant! P.S. Steakhouse made our Anniversary dinner last night so very special! They went out of their way to make us feel special. The food, service, lighting, hospitality were all perfect. I can't imagine a more perfect evening out! We are so grateful.

We ordered the mussels and crab/shrimp cake starters and both were good (the mussels were crazy good!). The salads were awesome. Two of us made the mistake of ordering the pressed half-chicken. Who knew you could have limp skin combined with hammered meat. It was as tasteless as it was overcooked. Neither of us ate more than a couple of bites. I guess when you go to a steakhouse you should order steak—at least at this steakhouse.
