Saw that Cardamom switched to a more traditional museum-style of service with the counter service/qr code system. It felt super natural and a great fit for the space. The service had been pretty slow in the past and this really sped things up before bringing my daughter to the walker. Great food, easy system, cute space. Really bummed about the decision to close. Hopefully the next operate has better luck with such a tough location.

I ate at Cardamom over the weekend. It was delicious and I loved the new service with QR codes as it was simple and allowed me to get back to the museum! Enjoy!

Went to the sculpture garden today with my family and stopped by Cardamom. I’ve been numerous times before and despite all the recent drama regarding the new QR code system, I actually found it incredibly easy and efficient, esp with kids. The food and space are always inviting and delicious and I’m a huge fan of his other restaurants. The restaurant business is a tricky one and it’s hard to make everyone happy.
